What is Dermaplaning?

Dermaplaning is a non-invasive, in-office skin rejuvenating and exfoliating procedure. The concept of dermaplaning is similar to shaving but uses a specialized blade, similar to a surgical scalpel, instead of a razor. The dermaplaning tool, known as a dermatome, is made to help remove dead skin cells and peach fuzz from the skin’s surface.
