THE RESULTS LOOK AMAZING

Just had my second laser hair removal appointment, couldn’t be more happy! Everyone on the staff is very helpful, pleasant, and knowledgeable about the services offered here. I apologized as I am very very bad with names, but the ladies that did my treatment were very nice and dialed in the laser to the intensity that I could tolerate as I was there to treat my face which is very sensitive. Definitely work the drive from CT to come here! Would also like to mention that I found this to be a very safe space – I am transitioning and I felt at ease through every step of the process. Thanks again and keep up the good work guys!!

Everyone I came into contact with at Medspa Natick is so friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. The place is spotless and I was made to feel so comfortable. I had so many questions when I called and in-person. I felt like they all went the extra mile with all my inquiries. I didn’t get all their names, but my visit with Shushanik was great and she is such a master of her profession. She and Barbra were so patient and professional. They gave me advice and suggestions without me feeling pressured. I don’t usually leave comments but the staff there are worthy of 5 stars. I’ll definitely be going back.

I would highly recommend this med spa. I drive an hour and 15 to get here and it’s worth it. Scheduling was easy and the front desk staff is very friendly. Shashunik is an amazing injector, she listens to concerns and actively discusses what she will do to make sure your concerns are taken seriously. She is friendly and I immediately felt like she was one of my good friends. 10/10!
